Details :	Saginaw County Medical Society presents the 9th Annual FREE Health Fair   "The Doctor is in"   Saturday, March 23, 2013 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Horizons Conference Center 6200 State Street, Saginaw   Admission is FREE but a non-perishable food donation is accepted for the East Side Soup Kitchen   More than 80 booths, FREE screenings, FREE health information and assessments   Including: Balance testing, blood pressure, BMI, Bone Density, Cholesterol, Distracted Driving Simulator Glucose, Hearing, Lung Screening, Memory, Postural/Back, Varicose Vein, Vision and more!   This event is support and sponsored by St. Mary's of Michigan
