E-mail A Patient
We encourage our patients to develop a web page using theStatus.com, which is a personalize patient website for communicaiton with family and loved ones.

As an alternative solution using theStatus.com, we offer limited one-way email service. Family and loved ones can send emails to our patient services staff which will then attempt to deliver those emails to patients staying in our hospital.

Unlike theStatus.com, this service is a one-way communication - from you to the patient. The patient is not able to reply to your emails.

Additionally, the patient may have indicated that they do not want their name released or to appear on our registry, so we would be unable to deliver the email to the patient, or even acknowledge that the patient is currently at our facility.

Finally, emails are only delivered two times per day, If the e-mail is received before noon, we will make every attempt to deliver it the same business day. Delivery times are 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
