Light up a life
Tree Lighting & Reception

Every holiday season, St. Mary's of Michigan Foundation sponsors the Light Up A Life campaign which supports the hospital's Unrestricted and Mission Funds. Unrestricted funds are used throughout the hospital wherever the need is greatest, and the Mission fund provides dollars to cover the health care needs of those who cannot afford to pay for it on their own.

The "Light Up A Life” program gives individuals the opportunity to make a gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special person, perhaps a grandparent, teacher, babysitter,colleague or friend. Donors may also commemorate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary. A Light Up A Life donation makes a very special holiday gift. Honor that special someone this year, while supporting the mission of St. Mary's of Michigan with the following options:

Lighted Tree
For a $125 contribution, one of more than 120 trees in front of the hospital will be illuminated in the name of the individual(s) or occasion being remembered or honored. A sign will be placed in front of the tree for the month of December, and notification of your gift will be sent to the address of your choice.
 
Ornament
For a $35 contribution, a beautiful holiday ornament, along with a notification card, will bemailed directly to the address of your choice.
 
White Light
For a $20 contribution, a white light on a tree located in the main medical center lobby will be illuminated in the name of the individual being remembered or honored. Notification of your gift will be sent to the address of your choice.

From December 7 through January 3, special acknowledgement will be displayed on donor recognition wall in the hospital's main corridor.
