Gifts may be made through regular mail. Please mail your check or credit card payment with a completed Contribution Form to:

Call (989) 907-8300 to make your gift via credit card during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

When making a donation to St. Mary’s of Michigan, feel free to state the purpose for which you would like us to use your gift.

To confirm that we receive your gift and for tax purposes, we will send you a letter documenting the gift amount. St. Mary’s of Michigan Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Any gift can be made in memory or in honor of a special person or occasion. When making your gift, please indicate the name of the person you wish to honor or memorialize. We will be happy to send notification of your generous remembrance to the individual or individuals of your choosing (gift amount is not disclosed).

Memorial gifts of $500 or more will be recognized with an inscribed plate on the Tree of Life, also located in the hospital's main hallway.

Throughout the holiday season, you may choose to make a unique contribution in honor or in memory of a special person or occassion through our Light Up A Life program.

 

 

We are honored to publicly recognize you…our many friends who form a partnership with St. Mary’s of Michigan. Here are some of the ways that we communicate the importance of your philanthropy:

 

1874 Society
Donors supporting the Foundation with an annual cumulative gift of at least $250 will become part of the 1874 Society and will be recognized in the Annual Report.

The names of donors making annual cumulative gifts of $500 or more will be inscribed on the recognition wall located in the main hallway of the hospital.

All 1874 Society members are invited to health care events and receptions throughout the year.

Tree of Life
Memorial gifts of $500 or more will be recognized with an inscribed plate on the Tree of Life, also located in the hospital's main hallway.
