Get A 'Stroke Buster' Kit
Our stroke kit is now available online in .pdf format.  Click the documents on the right to download the materials that you can print right at home.

If for some reason you can not print the documents, you can request a Stroke Kit to be mailed to you.  Please complete the form below to receive your FREE "Stroke Busters" kit. The kit includes a brochure on "Acute Stroke" and another on "Neurosciences" as well as a bookmark and a F.A.S.T. magnet.
