- Artiste (Marlette) -- next-generation radiation therapy
- TomoTherapy (Saginaw and West Branch) -- combines real-time 3-D imaging from CT scanning with precisely targeted radiation beams
- CyberKnife (Saginaw) -- a radiosurgery instrument that provides surgery-like results without surgery for previously inoperable tumors. St. Mary's of Michigan is the only hospital north of the Detroit area to offer CyberKnife.
