Simple Safety Tips
To reduce your risk of a neurological injury, follow these simple everyday tips:
- Wear a seat belt and drive responsibly.
- Use child safety seats and install them properly.
- Wear helmets and protective gear when bicycling, motorcycling, rollerblading, skiing, and skateboarding.
- NEVER dive in shallow or unfamiliar water. When in doubt, jump feet first.
